Where possible, your sperm sample will be collected at the clinic to avoid any contamination at home. You will be provided with everything you need and treated with discretion. Semen samples are produced by masturbation in specially designated private rooms at one of our clinics in Cambridge, Norwich or Wickford. Ideally, the sample should be produced in the clinic after a period of sexual abstinence of 2-7 days prior to the test to produce the best quality sample.
