How do I access my Bourn Hall Patient Portal?

Cambridge registered patients only:

New user:

You will have been sent a link to the Portal by our Patient Services team.

Follow this link, or go to the login page https://myportalcambridge.bournhallclinic.co.uk/account/register-portal

To register for the portal, please enter your email address – use the email address that you used when you registered with the clinic. You will then be sent a link by email to set up your new password. If you don’t get an email within a few minutes, please re-try.

Existing users:

Go to the login page: https://myportalcambridge.bournhallclinic.co.uk/account/login

Use the email address that you used when you registered with the clinic. Click on ‘next’ and enter your password. This is the password you would have chosen as part of your registration journey.

If you cannot remember your password, click on the forgot password link which will take you through to the ‘Forgotten details’ process.
