Our Miscarriage Clinic is exclusively available at Bourn Hall and open to anyone who has experienced one or more miscarriages or early pregnancy losses (EPL) after either natural conception or fertility treatment. Our panels are the most comprehensive in the sector and have been uniquely designed in accordance with UK, European and US scientific guidance.

Our bespoke team of compassionate, personable and empathetic donor experts will look after you from the beginning to the end of your treatment. The same team also specifically recruits egg donors, meaning they know where the selected eggs come from, as well as their potential throughout IVF treatment. Our consultant running this programme, Dr Valentina Mauro has many years of experience and ensures appropriate stimulation and egg harvesting for the egg donors to ensure quality. She also has high success rates with her embryo transfers, which helps maintain high quality. We also offer flexibility of both fresh and frozen eggs, to suit all needs and performance requirements. 

With over 10 years of expertise and developing solutions within the immunity field, we offer expertise and treatment solutions for immune-related issues associated with implantation. 

We’re proud to offer ISMI in our ICSI procedures. Intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection (IMSI) is a sperm selection method used in ICSI. The technique involves using a microscope to view detailed images of the sperm under very high magnification (over x6000) to select the sperm and inject into an egg.

Our in-house andrology clinic offers a number of fertility investigations, treatments and preservation methods that are designed to suit your needs. Our engaging andrology specialist, Mr Oliver Wiseman is highly experienced in male infertility and provides specialist surgical sperm retrievals when all other options have been exhausted.
