Sarah Pallett discusses plans for Wickford Clinic

“The new Wickford clinic is going to be very special,” says Sarah Pallett, Bourn Hall’s Regional Clinic Manager. She comments following the groundbreaking event to mark the start of work on the new full service fertility centre in Wickford, Essex, which will be completed early next year.

The new centre will offer access to high quality fertility advice.  This includes fertility health and wellbeing checks which will quickly identify the cause of infertility. If treatment is required then individualised pathways will be created with a range of options available to help boost fertility.

Full service

This is Bourn Hall’s first purpose-built clinic so it is a very exciting development.  The clinic will have its own state-of-the-art embryology laboratory for IVF so all treatment can take place in one place with the same team.

Sarah continues: “We are delighted with the success rates at the current Wickford satellite clinic. Over 100 babies have been born so far with another 50 on the way.

“The existing clinic has proved to be very popular with patients, so it seemed a logical step to locate a full-service clinic in the town. The additional space will allow us to offer a wider range of fertility treatments to more people.”
