Head of Pharmacy
Rachel Quinlan graduated with an honours pharmacy degree in 1989 from Brighton, qualifying as a pharmacist the following year on completion of her pre-registration training year. She is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Rachel worked within the community pharmacy sector for 16 years in South Wales and then in the London/Home Counties area.
She completed a post-graduate diploma in Community Pharmacy at Bradford University in 2002. She spent several years working in a doctor’s surgery before working the next few years with an organisation giving support and advice to community pharmacists.
Since joining Bourn Hall as Head of Pharmacy in 2014, she has gained experience and expertise within the fertility specialism, adding this to the knowledge brought with her from her varied pharmacy background.
Rachel says: “It is amazing to work for an organisation with such heritage, and one that puts patients first. It is a privilege to be able to play a small part in the patient journey, which starts with hope.”
