As a Donor Services Administrator at Bourn Hall, I support the administrative aspects of our donor services, including both donation and egg sharing. I handle initial enquiries, coordinate testing for prospective donors, and serve as a key liaison between donors, recipients, and clinical teams to help ensure safe, compliant, and smooth delivery of services prior to inpatient care. I’m passionate about maintaining strong client relationships and providing meaningful support to recipients, and I’m excited to be part of a great team assisting patients on such an important journey.
